ENVISAGE FINISHES specializes in full service custom faux finishing. Faux finishing, like all high quality painting requires the best preparation. Without a smooth and solid surface to bond to, no product will stay on the wall or woodwork.

Having said that, the base coat that Envisage Finishes uses under its faux finishing is a proprietary 100% acrylic, non-toxic and environment friendly product. (This is also the case with all the other products in the system including glazes, textures, Venetian plaster, metallics, etc.)

The next step involves producing a custom color and or texture board utilizing colors present in the space to be faux finished. Depending on the complexity of the design, these could include 1, 2, 3, and / or even more individual processes which could each involve 1 or more colors.

Once the colors and textures have been decided upon, there are a number of options available to use as a finish coat. (Most processes do not require one.) Others such as kitchens, bathrooms, or exteriors may require special clear coatings depending on the application.

The design process often involves architects, designers, decorators as well as the home owner or office manager,etc.

The finished product is an elegant and distinctive work of art to truly enhance your home, conference room or office.
